WHO WE ARE Woodland Recordings is an independent DIY music label, founded in Brighton in the south of England but now based in Berlin. We have been recording and releasing music since 2007 and have organised at least one concert every month since then. We release music that we love in very limited, handmade editions - often less than a hundred. These take time and a lot of effort from us and the artists we work with. We don't embark on releases with people that we're not crazy about but If you would like to be involved with us please get in touch. We don't like a lot of things but we will get back to you. TO CONTACT A couple of points to consider before contacting us if you'd like to work with us: Please feel free to send mp3's, information, etc to our email address woodlandrecordings@gmail.com - or use the form below. Don't worry about asking us first - we're happy to get mail. Please say why you want to work with us - we make small releases, we have no distribution and we won't make you rich. Please do not just send Myspace links - we don't like to use it and would much rather listen to your music or see your work away from there. If you ever say 'you can check us out on Myspace' we most certainly won't - sorry but we're funny like that. We'll try to reply to every message, but please don't hate us if we don't.
